Doesn't really work consistently and author ignores request for refund

I bought the premium version of this plugin. My first issue was getting the ability to add an HTML form. The plugin author responded rather quickly and after a couple rounds he helped me set things so I could enter an HTML form.

But the plugin never really performed as promised. Meaning… the time-delay never seemed to work –it would pop up instantly on page load. The ‘wait til bottom of page’ seemed to work briefly, then started instantly popping up again or not at all (and yes I did set things so the cookies should have allowed it to display again).

I played around with it for hours and was unable to get it to work correctly. I’m not a novice, I do professional web dev work (meaning I have HTML. PHP, JS coding know-how –not that I dug into the guts of this thing, because I thought I was paying NOT to have to do that), and yet I was unable to get it to work as advertised.

To top it off, the plugin author then just stopped responding when I asked for a refund, so I’m out the $27 and still looking for a solution. Doesn’t seem very interested in providing the support necessary for serious plugins.

I’m giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because the author actually did respond…for a while. And before leaving a crappy comment, like you do some of your other reviewers, I waited literally MONTHS for you to respond. Done waiting.
