Doesn’t really work

Hello,
I was excited to see a new plugin to fix this WC AJAX call, but the plugin seems to be either broken, or not compatible with some other plugin I’m using.
The issue is, that if I add a product to my cart and open the site from an incognito window – the incognito one shows the cart quantity as 1, when obviously it should be empty.
Also, in the original window, the cart quantity jumps from 1 to 0, back and forth, when browsing the site.
Does this sound like a caching issue? I’m using W3 Total Cache. Or is this some kind of bug?
