I tried to access using browsers in my iPhone (chrome, firefox and safari). It doesn’t open the whatapp app. It goes to the App store.

Since iPhones make up a large proportion of visitors’ device, I hope developer can soon find a solution to it. Thanks

  • Hello @suenwilliam
WhatsApp chat works fine in every Apple device.

But I notice you’re using a unique cache system and as explained in readme file you should use a separated cache mobile or disable it.

The main reason is because when I look your site in my mobile, cache redirects to desktop url (web.whatsapp.com) but if you fix that it should call your WhatsApp app.

    Hope it helps!

    for my cache “for mobile”,

instead of redirect to url web.whatsapp.com

what should I redirect to so that it opens the whatsapp app in mobile? (with my destination number pre-populated)

    Thanks
