Doesn’t minify js and css after upgrade from 2.8.0 to 3.1.4

    JS and CSS minification and unication worked great in 2.8.0 version, but doesn’t work after upgrade to the latest 3.1.4.

    Tried to purge cache, deactivate and activate. It still doesn’t work.

    Using WordPress 5.0.3

    On plugin status page, there’s message telling no files were generated.

    I’m Bedrock Wordpres. Noticed that cache path has changed from public_html/app/uploads/cache/fvm/ to public_html/app/cache/fvm/min/[website_url].

    Might it be related?

    What do you mean exactly by doesn’t work?
    Does it not generate any files but is it rewriting your HTML and pointing to inexistent files?

    Check if the latest version works for you, as I have changed the cache directory to the uploads directory.

    Try to set it according to the screenshot here, the defaults:

    If it doesn’t work, try to disable CSS and JS merging and see if it works.
    Does the HTML change when enabling or disabling the plugin?

    Thanks a lot.

    By not working i meant that the js and css were not minified and hundreds of requests seen in browser dev tools instead of tens.

    I’ve upgraded the plugin and issues are gone.
