@spikerzz Thanks for getting in touch.
In order to help us troubleshoot, can you share the following information?
1) Can you confirm that your front page “doesn’t load properly” when you are logged in when Site Kit is installed and activated?
2) By “doesn’t load properly,” do you mean an error displays, or do you get a blank screen? If an error, what do you see?
3) Can you confirm that this issue only occurs when your user is logged in? Does it occur when you log in as another admin user?
4) Can you please share your Site Health information privately via this form.
Thank you!
Here is an update, It does this even when I’m not logged in too if you go to my page at the top it says our services, it should have a slider then our services, under our services should be 3 images, under that should be text then one more image / text, it doesn’t show any of that, if I delete this plugin, it works 100% again

Thanks for the update, @spikerzz!
I am able to see the slider, three images, and image/text on https://gigasoft.ca/ in the Chrome browser right now. Is the Site Kit plugin currently uninstalled?
Can you please share your Site Health information privately via this form so I can take a look for any possible conflicts? Thanks!
Weird because I still can’t also gtmetrix shows the preview as IO see it so i’m not sure
Here is the Site Health

Thanks for sharing, @spikerzz. Very odd that you’re not able to see the slider, etc., as I’m not able to replicate in Chrome or any other browser. While GTMetrix does not include that content in their site screenshot, Google PageSpeed Insights does.
I do see several console errors on your homepage related to a minified JS file that is likely generated by WP Rocket, which also can conflict with Site Kit. Can you please try the following?
- Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
- From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
- Check if the display issues are still happening on the homepage
- If they are not, re-enable Site Kit and disable WP Rocket
- Check if the display issues are still happening on the homepage
You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.
Please let me know what you find. Thanks!
Good tool however when I click enable in troubleshooting it just doesn’t enable that plugin so no way to test multiple plugins
I just deleted it because I can’t figure out what is screwing me up
@spikerzz I’m sorry to hear that, but I understand that troubleshooting can be time-consuming.
I do believe that this issue is likely related to the minification and caching done by the WP Rocket plugin, along with possible conflicts with the admin toolbar when you are logged in.
If you’re willing to give it one more try, you can try deactivating the WP Rocket plugin and then logging out of WordPress and seeing if the page loading issues continue.
I will try that, just right now I am working on other aspects of my business, I will let you know if it works, if it does then I could tell wp Rocket to just not minimize the JS ?? I need WP Rocket to help my site’s speed
Thanks, @spikerzz! I know these kinds of conflicts are a pain; unfortunately caching and minification, while they can be helpful for speed, can cause these kinds of issues. Let me know what you find.
As of now it’s working so if anyone else is using a plugin that minimizes JavaScript, try disabling that portion of the plugin, I am able t0 run this and my WP Rocket plugin so if this is good, awesome, I get two powerful tools, if not I will let you know ??
@spikerzz Glad to hear that you were able to identify that the JavaScript minification was what was causing the issue! Please do feel free to leave a review – we’d love to hear your feedback on the plugin.
