• Purchased the full bundle version on their website after believing the hype that this would be a fairly turn-key solution to selling event tickets. Overall the plugin was pretty lackluster. There was A LOT of customization required to make it look half-decent and integrated with my sites style. The documentation could’ve been better. General config took longer than I expected with at least one trip to support-ticket-land. Overall it just would have required too much work to make it viable for my site – when I thought I was purchasing a much more polished solution.

Support was relatively responsive the few times I contacted them. However…

After my evaluation period, I asked for a refund. The plugin didn’t meet my needs. No harm no foul. My request was denied because I was beyond the 7-day period as outlined in their terms. I was BARELY beyond 7 days. I believe I was at 10 days. And they wouldn’t honor a refund. Cool, great customer service. They told me I should’ve requested a demo site before purchasing. However I prefer to evaluate a plugin within my own testing environment that better matches my production environment.

Overall not a great experience. They have lots of good reviews so I assume it must work well for the majority of people. But left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. YMMV.
