Can you share a screenshot of the content selection (WP Latest Posts admin)? Because you can load post, page or categories.

If you want to list posts you must select “posts”, otherwise, if you select categories, you will list all you post categories.

I don’t know how to do it. If I have it like the first picture it still shows the list. What am I not seeing?

I solved it. There was something wrong whit my permalinks
