Have you considered posting a support topic on this?

I happen to know that the authors of this plugin are very responsive to their users. ??

    Hello @apfotos,

Our plugin allows you to create forms for single lists, however we do allow you to add MailChimp interest groups to forms and that is a way you can have users choose “weekly, monthly,” etc. You can email groups of subscribers on a single list.

I’m sorry our plugin couldn’t do exactly what you wanted, however a one-star seems a bit extreme for a plugin that was otherwise great. ??

    Thank you for the feedback.

You’re right. I should have gave a higher star rating. Can you elaborate on how to add groups? I will add another review to offset my 1 star.

    Sure thing!

Here is our article on how to add interest groups to a form:
    https://yikesplugins.com/support/knowledge-base/interest-groups/

Here is MailChimps documentation on groups: https://kb.mailchimp.com/groups

Here is how they define groups:

When you create a list in MailChimp, you can collect and sort your subscribers into custom groups based on their interests and preferences. Groups function like categories in a list, and are an excellent way to manage diverse subscriber profiles in the same MailChimp list. Groups can be the basis for building list segments for sending to targeted audiences.

It sounds like an efficient way to accomplish what you want without having to make multiple lists.

    I hope this is helpful!

    Thank you!
