    Hello. I use the woo commerce for an e-shop, in which the only payment method is the direct bank transfer. So, it hasn’t any option to choose which I don’t mind because as I told you the only option is the direct bank transfer, but when I put everything needed in the form and click the proceed button, it appears a message “You didn’t choose a payment method please”
    I tried putting another method too let’s say Paypal, now I have the option to choose but again the same message appears when I would like to proceed.

    Thanks for sending over the link. I tried placing a test order (#1958 — please don’t fulfill it) on the site. I did see the Bank Transfer option listed just above the privacy policy. Since there is only one payment gateway offered, there shouldn’t be a choice to select something else.

    I didn’t run into any error messages when trying to check out with an address in Paris. Are you still running into this trouble? If you are does it happen with all addresses or only certain ones?

    If you can let me know what steps to take to duplicate this, I’d be happy to keep looking for you.

    Hello. I still see the error. Did you achieve to see the bank accounts in order to go on with the payment? Cause it doesn’t let me see them…

    Good question. After I submitted the order, the thank you page did show the bank information so I could submit payment. Since it’s still not showing for you, here’s what I would suggest trying.

    • Try making a purchase in a private browser window. Don’t log in, but make the test purchase a guest and see if it works.
    • If it works as a guest, try logging in as a customer, not an administrator, and see if you can purchase still.

    See if either of those will allow you to purchase and see the banking information. Let us know what you find out.

    Thank you for your time and for your help. It seems like I resolved the problem. I had a plugin that was calculating the shipping cost based on the product weight and as I figured out something was going on with the plugin. Everything looks fine for now.
