Doesn't import images

I hope it is going to work as I just purchased this plug-in & was scanning the support forms to see how to ensure the images are imported, because I have many.

Akedv-I do know you need the Pro version in order to import & upload the images-that is why I purchased the Pro version.

now I have the issue on another customer website as well.

the strange thing is, that the picture import would work with your demo site, here are screenshots from the import:

It could be happening for any number of reasons. We’ve seen this happen because the provider of the images had blocked the user’s server from downloading any more of them, or in some cases strange server configurations that prevented the images from being properly processed.

That’s no good. A workaround could be to write a PHP script that accesses the file via FTP (or whatever else they allow). Then you could pass the PHP script’s URL to WP All Import in the ‘Download from URL’ field in Step 1.

I’m also having issues with the image importing. When I check the images in the preview everything seems to be ok, but after importing only the first image is imported properly and further product images are set as this first and only upload. Here are the urls I’m trying to import:

Could it be a bug in the parser, as these urls are quite long? Shorter ones from another site seemed to work ok.

I did a bit more digging and it seems that it’s really the images that don’t like to load (maybe something on the target server side?). Here’s the test server I tried it on:

I saved the import template on the demo server, saved as “template1”. Importing lihat1.csv works, while lihat2.csv doesn’t. Hope this helps you narrow down the issue. Thanks for the great plugin!
