I created a new hashtag on IG and uploaded 1 photo that is already visible on IG. About half an hour ago.

When creating the new feed on WP now, the new hashtag gets accepted at first (means grabs that there is a photo uploaded already on IG).

But when I click “upload”, the new feed grabs and saves the @account instead of the #hashtag.

What did I do wrong? What should I re-do/check? Have several other hashtag feeds running on various pages.

… just seeing that a previous feed which grabbed the hashtag that I placed, also shows all IG accounts photos instead of the hashtagged ones.

I use very few plugins, and I use those on other websites to, no problem with the feed there. I also deinstalled a few of the newer plugins and checked again: no change.

And as the hashtag gets accepted at first but only when pressing “upload” it disappears and gets set automatically to the account/user, it looks more like this plugin than others, my website can’t work with.

    Hi,

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Could you please make a short video of the process, for us to have a close look at the issue?

Thank you and have a nice day!

    Hi there,

well… I had tried about 10 times on different days, emptied cache… and it did not work. When I did the second (real) take of the video for you, it suddenly worked! Haven’t done anything different.

Hoping it won’t happen again, thanks for getting back to me.

    Greetings, have a nice week!
