Doesn’t generate coupon code after reviewing

    Hii, I already installed photo review plugin to my WordPress. Last time, someone leave a review on my website and it can automatically generate the coupon. But suddenly, it can’t generate coupon anymore i don’t know why. Could u please help me? I have installed wp logging mail too and it doesn’t send any “Thank you for reviewing” email which contain the coupon code.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Our plugin only sends review reminder the first time – the customer must never left a review to that item before. After the leave their first review and receive coupon for that, from then on, the review reminder would not be sent and also the coupon would not be generated when they leave review for that item again.
