Doesn’t fully work with php7.2.x

  • It’s a great plugin and it appeared to work great until I realised that it is failing to upload any pdf files on my brand new install.

    I spent the last two days disabling all plugins, replacing wp-admin folders and basically every single possibility, including going through the Nginx conf and php config.

    I even bought a new hosting account and did a brand new WP install, and the first thing I did was install Media Cloud and tried to upload an image and a pdf document. Image uploaded but the pdf resulted in the infamous HTTP error.

    Given that the plugin does not work with php7.2.x has not been updated in the last 10 months, it appears that the author has simply lost interest. Therefore 3 stars are fully justified.
