Doesn’t follow the rules

    Hi, Thanks for your clean and easy plugin.

    I have some product with different shipping method.
    most of products have a flat rate shipping fee. but a specified category doesn’t have any shipping fee.

    so I did this examples:

    Fast shipping: $10 (rules= if cart is lower than $99 , if cart not equal to x category)
    Free shipping: 0 (rules= if cart total is higher than $100)
    COD : 0 (rules= if cart contains x category)

    my problem is when that conditions equal in the Cart, the fast shipping not disappears and its still there.
    what can I do for this?
