Thanks for a promising and helpful plugin!

I am seeing one significant problem. It appears that the plugin doesn’t find nested shortcodes.

I use the popular Avada theme on many sites and its Fusion Builder wraps content in its own layout shortcodes. So a Contact Form 7 form might end up looking like this:

    [fusion_builder_container ]
    [fusion_builder_row]
    [fusion_builder_column ]
    [fusion_text]
    <h2 style=”margin-bottom: 1em;”>How Can We Help?</h2>
[contact-form-7 id=”294″ title=”Contact Us: How Can We Help?”]
    [/fusion_text]
    [/fusion_builder_column]
    [/fusion_builder_row]
    [/fusion_builder_container ]

But when I do a Shortcodes Finder search for “contact-form-7”, it’s not found.

Hi Larry and thanks for your compliments!

I cannot reproduce your problem with Fusion Builder plugin, but the plugin should support also the nested shortcodes.
I test it now with a contact-form-7 inside an “Ultimate shortcode” shortcode and it works well.

Could you give me some other information or an access to your WP backend?
Are the other shortcodes in your page (fusion_builder_container, fusion_builder_row, fusion_builder_column) shown in Shortcodes Finder plugin page?

    Hi Larry,
please update plugin to the new 1.2.5(.1) version. It should resolve your problem.

Give us a feedback (and also a review to the plugin if you want) ??

BINGO! I can confirm that Shortcodes Finder 1.2.5.1 with recursive searching finds LOTS more shortcodes including the “contact-form-7” ones I was looking for. Thanks Scribit! You get my “Hero of the Day” award for January 23, 2019!
