Doesn't display the "add to cart" button

    (Didn’t realize this would post to general Plugins and Hacks.)

    Plugin appears to be abandoned for 11 months now. Add to cart button does not display. Changing settings in the “Settings/Name your own Price” makes the form disappear completely.
