Doesn't display on iPad or iPhone

I have the same problem. The slider does not appear on Iphones or Ipads.
This is a real school boy error, if it cant work on mac devices then its worthless as a plugin!

Please correct this error ASAP!!!

Please could you both post links to your site? Meta Slider has been tested with iOS (you can check the slideshow on metaslider.com), so I’ll be looking for errors with your theme or plugin conflicts.

I would really appreciate some help with this issue too.

My website is https://www.wizardwear.ca. I am using the Smartshop lite theme and I have a slider on the front page. It works fine on my laptop but when I check it on my phone there is no slider whatsoever. Instead, it shows the old text I have on the home page. On my laptop all this old text gets completely overridden by the slider and widgets.

Please advise!

I should have mentioned – on my laptop I am using Chrome and Safari – on mobile it is an iPhone. thx!

I am having a similar problem. The slider runs perfectly on PC products but it is inconsistent on Apple devices. A slider on my home page runs well but in a small slider on another page https://www.deborahfroese.com/?page_id=716 the first image flashes between each subsequent image during the transition.

As i received no reply or help i had to abandon the slider and am now using revolution slider, its not free but very versatile
