• I’m using version 1.2.0 of reCAPTCHA on my Contact Form 7 page, and the reCAPTCHA is failing to display at all. When I submit the form, all I get is the message, “Invalid Captcha. Please try again!”. There is no “I’m not a robot” box when the Contact form is first shown.

However, the reCAPTCHA does appear properly when I’m using FireFox as my browser — the “I’m not a robot” box appears when the Contact form is first shown, and it is enabled when I press Submit.

Thanks for any help you can send my way,

  • I am having the same issue on a client site. I am able to see the “I’m not a robot” box on all browsers except IE. This client primarily uses IE so I cannot ask them or their users to use a different browser because the required plugin is not working. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
