• Hi,

    after entering CAPTCHA code and pressing “Send message” the “Message sent” message does not appear, but only new CAPTCHA is refreshed. That results that customers keep entering CAPTCHA and sending the same message over and over again.

    Could anybody help, where could be the problem? I turned off / on the plugin, but it did not help. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    actually I haven’t solved the issue. When you insert the CAPTCHA and press “Send Inquiry”, it doesn’t display the notification “Message sent” but only refreshes the CAPTCHA. I am considering replacing the Contact 7 plugin with something else.

    I found the solution for my problem. I had some Java Script on Additional Setting (4th Tab) and by removing that everything is fine.
