• About 4-6 days ago, after working fine since setup for a month, pages stopped loading/displaying fully, missing much of the CSS. I have cleared cache, deactivated plugins, and the only thing that enables the pages to render correctly is for me to be logged in. And that just me. When I access from another computer (not logged in) the pages do not load fully.

In my memory, this did not happen following the updates of any plugins, but started a few days following last updates.

I’m not a techy, though I’ve been working with html5 and CSS . . . yet stop short of js and newer languages. Site uses Divi with child theme by Krial.

The login peculiarity suggests the source of the problem, but I don’t know enough to know what this is telling me. Can anyone help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Based on the information you provided, I think you might have better luck contacting your theme developer for support with this. While it could be related to an updated WordPress version, if deactivating your plugins didn’t help to correct the problem it’s a good idea to check with the theme developers as well first.

    Good luck moving forward!

Kat, thanks! I am also looking there for a solution. Best to you!

Others might find useful these images of the home page in both conditions:

Are you familiar enough with DevTools that you can use it to see which stylesheet isn’t displaying? Depending on whether it’s the primary one or not, you might need to purge a cache somewhere?

Good luck, again, now I want to see how you solve this one! ??

I am having the same problem all my sites have broken CSS. I am using different themes but when logged in it’s working correctly. When logged out the css and js paths break.

I ran into this issue. I was using WP Fastest Cache and the problem was fixed by clearing the cache.
