doesn't detect broken youtube embed (closed account)

same issue for me. just noticed a youtube video was removed for copyright violation yet no warning email.. so I did a nuclear reset (advanced tab > forced rewrite) and it still didn’t detect it as broken.

bummer.

maybe youtube changed their api or something.
