Doesn’t detect any products to review

  • Not an intuitive process to manually add one or two reviews to a specific product. At first there are no products detected within the dialog when prompted to type the first few letters to search for a product to apply the review to. For some reason I had to automatically add a bunch of reviews to ALL products first, before the manual review process could then detect any products

    Hi,

    I don’t understand the issue you’re encountering. If it’s that you type the product title but it does not show the product for you to choose, it’s site specific issue. We haven’t encountered, or received any reports about similar problem.

    If the case is that you expect to see full products titles there by default, it’s impossible.
