Doesn’t create Lead on Enterprise Edition

    Hope you are well.

    I am a Salesforce consultant who is responsible to integrate WordPress sites with Salesforce, regarding Leads generation.

    WordPress-to-Lead is installed on a site and:

    1 – When Salesforce OrgID is a Developer Edition, it works as expected creating the Lead on Salesforce site

    2 – When Salesforce OrgID is an Enterprise Edition, it does nothing:
    . Doesn’t create the Lead
    . Doesn’t create any entry in Salesforce Log (should create 1 entry regarding servlet evocation)
    . Doesn’t return any error on WordPress calling page
    . adding hidden field “debug”/value = 1 does nothing
    . adding hidden field “debugEmail”/value = myemailaddress doesn’t send anything

    Enterprise edition standard Web-to-Lead (which calls the same servlet) is working without any problems.

    I’m in a dead lock with no ideas, needing urgent help/suggestions.

    Sounds like a question for Salesforce support… The plugin certainly isn’t doing anything differently.

    Having the same issue, stunaite. Let me know if you come across a fix. I’ve submitted a ticket to SalesForce so hopefully they can figure it out for us.
