Doesn't clear cart

Hi

I’ve just downloaded this plugin, but unfortunately I cannot get it to clear the cart either when closing all the browser windows or when logging in or out of Woocommerce.

I’m using WordPress 3.8.1 and Woocommerce 2.1.0
