If you look into plugin description, it clearly says “You can export Posts Titles, URLs and Categories”. The word “Post” clarifies that it will only work with posts, which can be either page or any custom post type. However, photo/media does not lie in category of posts so it obviously won’t work with that.
I am upset to see 1 star review, I think it deserve a lot better even if any part of plugin doesn’t work. Because someone is investing his precious time and resources to keep it active and up to date, and providing a product free of cost. In case of any issue, user should create support thread and if developer don’t help OR it doesn’t work for any other reason, then user is open to leave 1 star feedback. 1 star means, it is worthless or useless… ??
