    Hello,

Even though I set 1 $ = 8.5 TL the price stays the same for both currencies.
The product is 12$. When TL is selected it becomes 12TL but instead it should be around 90TL.

Just for testing sake I set 1 $ = 2 € but when switched to an Euro zone price is again 12 €

How to fix this exchange rate issue?

    Thank you

    Hi,

What’s the type of product? The Basic version of the plugin supports the default WooCommerce product types (simple, variable,…)

Check also another plugin does not overwrite the price. For example, a discounts plugin or price by roles plugin could cause this type of issue.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the answer.
I am using Woocommerce Subscriptions, the product is simple subscription product.

The currency is changed but exchange rate is not applied and the price is the same

I’m sorry, but the Basic version does not support the “simple subscription” product type. You have to upgrade to the Pro version to get support for the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.

Have you not seen the following message in the product data?
