I have an issue with the calculation of additional fees when using PayPal. With the traditional payment method during checkout and using PayPal, everything works correctly, and the additional fee is added. However, when using PayPal’s quick payment option (Pay PayPal Now), the additional fee is not applied. How can I resolve this?

    Hi @creativy,

It seems you’re referring to the issue where additional fees from our plugin aren’t applied when trying to checkout through Express checkout of PayPal (Pay with PayPal).?I regret to inform you that our current plugin is not compatible with the Express checkout options of the payment methods plugin, due to limitations that prevent the passing of custom fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.?

Could you please confirm which PayPal plugin you’re using on your site? If it’s a Pro version, sharing the plugin files would be greatly appreciated at ‘support at tychesoftwares dot com’.

Once we have this information, we’ll replicate the issue on our end, and I’ll add the compatibility issue to our GitHub plugin’s repository. Our development team will then review the issue and explore potential solutions.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Hi @creativy,

Could you please confirm if you’re using the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin on your site? If it’s a different plugin, could you share the link to its plugin page?

As mentioned in my previous response, our current plugin is not compatible with the Express Checkout option due to limitations that prevent the passing of custom fees. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Once I have confirmation on the specific plugin, I shall add this request to our GitHub plugin’s repository for the development team to review further.
