Doesn't appear to work properly even when it is the only plugin active

  • Author claims that there is another plugin which is effecting the rewrite rules – but when all other plugins are turned off the error still occurs. Even in the TwentyTwelve theme, the error continued

    As I already told you this doesn’t mean that it’s the reason of not working on your website. Yesterday my plugin worked on your website, right? then you made something that messed up your configuration. The plugin is working, why could not? ??

    I made no change overnight – the fact it doesn’t work in TwentyTwelve on a new install on MAMP where it is the only plugin indicates that there is a bug of some type
