Doesn't appear to do anything

    Looks like the problem is caused by some javascript errors on your site.

    Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default Twenty Twelve theme. Does doing that make it function? If so, reactivate your theme and the plugins one by one until you find the one that’s causing the problem.

    Thanks for the help. I disable all plugins except EDD and switched to the Twenty Twelve Theme, and it worked. I switched back to the theme I was using and it failed again, so the problem is the theme. At this point changing themes and re-customizing is out of the question. Any suggestions on what might be causing the problem in the current theme?

    This looks to be the problem. Your theme is loading a really old version of jQuery: https://screencloud.net/v/zXZv

    You will need to remove that.
