Doesn't appear the pages! Fatal error!

  • Hello my client has uploaded the latest version of WP and it lost all the pages, appears like there exist 15 pages but not in the list,so you can\’t get into or edit. Otherwise when I try to get in, in the page appears this Fatal error: Call to a member function options() on a non-object in /homepages/12/d343200686/htdocs/wp-content/themes/halfscreen/homepage.php on line 22, I thought to re upload the latest version of the theme but I want it to know first if I could fix the \”pages\” problem.

  • Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php
