• Edited: I have issues with excluding logged in admins and editors from Google Analytics. Will edit this review if I manage to solve it.

  • This functionality exists from the Tracking tab in the plugin’s Settings page. This thread deserves 1 out of 5 stars, not the plugin.

    Hi there,
I wish you had reached out to us prior to writing this review. We’re more than happy to help people locate settings, as we want all of our users to succeed and use our plugin as effectively as possible.

The setting to exclude roles can be found here on the Tracking tab: https://cloud.supportally.com/420b2r3e372D

I hope you consider modifying the review.

True, it’s there in the Tracking tab, but it only seems to affect the reports that shows on the WP dashboard (which are useless for me).
Is there a way to make it carry over to the actual reports on Google Analytics? That’s what I’m missing!

    Hi there,

    You already have that actually

The reports in our dashboard come from the Google Analytics, as we API pull them, so they’re identical in that respect. The way that feature works is we don’t output the tracking code when one of those roles are on the site, so a logged in site administrator doesn’t get tracked in the first place.

@audunmb As noted above, none of the items you wanted are missing from our plugin. I urge you to please consider modifying the review star amount based on this.
