Does yoast suffice when it comes to content authority?

    Hi there,

    I wonder if I should go to (webmaster tools>> search console>> fetch as Google) whenever I publish a new piece of content or a new page on my website in order to tell Google that this piece of content belongs to my site and anything else on the web is a copy… So I would ask, does yoast seo plugin suffice when it comes to this case? If yes, please tell me how to achieve this process.
