does wp version 4.1 rc 1 run on php version 5.5?

    readme.html of 4.1 states:

    System Requirements
    ?PHP version 5.2.4 or higher.
    ?MySQL version 5.0 or higher.

    yaa off-course wp version 4.1 run on php version 5.5. Because it need 5.2.4
    On the higher version it must works.
