Does WordPress come with jQuery UI?

I would like to use some of the effects from jQuery UI, but I cannot get a answer if jQuery UI is included in the latest version of WordPress.

I think it is.

If it is, could somebody please tell me how to enqueue the script in the functions.php? As well, could somebody please give me the link to the page where I could read if WordPress includes jQuery UI?

I need to use jQuery UI Effects: Shake, Bounce, etc.
