Does what it says on the tin – EASILY!!!

I have been planning on turning my love of web design into a business. I opted to go with Joomla initially and made a few sites with it. However, I found that Joomla has a very steep learning curve, is waaaaayyyyy too complicated (at my level of knowledge) for the sort of sites I make just now. It got to the stage I was going to quit on the dream until I was introduced to WordPress. After a short period of time I have learned soooo much about WordPress and am quite confident with it now.
One of my first customers approached me recently to refresh and update their website. I suggested to them that they swap over to WordPress and they agreed. They didn’t mind changing some things but they wanted to keep all there existing users and articles…. Understandably!!!
So I opted for FG Joomla to WordPress.
I decided to pay for the premium version as it had options I needed. I received the link within 10 minutes of paying for it. It was installed within 10 minutes of downloading it.
What can I say…… it took me two attempts (I ticked an option that I didn’t need on the first attempt) and it worked without a problem…… All users, all media included in the articles and all the users, without a hitch. I don’t think they could have made it simpler. From payment, through installing it, to completing the import was completed within 40 minutes.
