    I’m pretty sure this plugin has been abandoned. I have the premium version and support is non-existent. I am yet to receive a reply to any of the requests for help I have sent. The plugin is slow and we lose more customer than we are able to talk to because of the time it takes for my responses to be sent.

    Their website is no longer secure beyond the login page, the sales page is but try logging into your account and you get a phishing error. The certificate is expired and has been for a long time.

    The mobile app is no longer available on the Play store either.

    So what I have now is a completely useless, unsafe plugin that makes my site look unprofessional. I’ve binned the plugin obviously but I’m really annoyed about the lack of support from the author.

    Avoid at all costs.
