Does what it says on the packet

There are contact form plugins out there that have many more features, but for some projects all I really want and need is something simple that works straight out of the box, doesn’t require fiddling with unnecessarily convoluted config screens and allows me to apply CSS without having to override unsuitable preset values. This plugin does the trick very well: nice work.
