• Does W3TC –> CDN –> Advanced –> Disable CDN on SSL pages – Work with the latest W3TC update?

We had to cancel MaxCDN as the above referenced function did not work and issued mixed content warnings even though it was enabled. In fact, MaxCDN actually recommended we switch to WP SuperCache because they couldn’t figure it out either; but, the WP SuperCache plugin does not play well with WooCommerce sites so the problem ultimately went unresolved.

We’re using CloudFlare and their SSL, WP HTTPS, and are only securing checkout pages (and all end-point pages), ‘contact us’ pages (and all end-point pages), and ‘my account’ pages (and all end-point pages). Again, this is a WooCommerce website.

The site is starting to get enough traffic to justify the cost of a quality CDN, so we’d like to get the problem solved.

W3TC ‘support’ is utterly non-existent, so if anyone with a similar situation (surely you’re out there!) can answer, I’d surely appreciate it.

Should the maker(s) of the plugin actually respond… well, kudos on you I guess, lol.

  • Found you in a google search. I am having the same issue. I see your post is 8 months old. I think the way w3 total cache makes money is by solving these problems for a fee. So I wonder if I have to pay for support to get this working or just cough up the $99 a month for the SSL from MaxCDN
