Does W3 Total Cache plugin really works?

    Hello,

    I have two websites and according to Google, their page speeds are 73/100

    I was recommended to install W3 Total Cache plugin to improve my page speed. I have just installed it and set it up following a tutorial and my page speed only increased 1 point (74/100)

    Why is this? Does this plugin really work?

    Yes the plugin really works, but this is not remotely enough information for anyone to help you. What are your W3TC settings and what is your domain name?
