• The Dealer Locator page on my website is no longer working (https://www.jtwindows.com/dealer-locator/). It seemed to be working fine after I upgraded to Word Press 3.5, but now in the last couple days nothing shows up when I got to the post. I have not done anything to my site since the upgrade so I do not know why it would suddenly stop working. I used iframe coding so that it would work within my site (<iframe src=”https://www.jtwindows.com/locator/index.php&#8221; height=”1050″ width=”930″ frameborder=”0″ scrolling=”auto”></iframe>). Does this have anything to do with upgrading?

I’m not sure what you mean by that.

I’m really not sure what happened to my site. I upgraded to word press 3.5 a couple weeks ago. It was working fine all the way up until this past Friday 1/18. The only thing I did was add google analytics to my site on Monday 1/14 last week (it was added to the header of each page). That worked and everything continued to be fine for the rest of the week. Then all of the sudden on Friday 1/18 all the featured images stopped showing up, my dealer locator page with the iframe coding no longer works (nothing shows up at all on that page) and my easy gallery slider no longer works at all on my gallery page. I had done nothing to my site at all during the time that it was working and then just stopped. I have not added any posts or messed with any coding. Does anyone have any idea why all of the sudden all these things on my site would no longer work? I do not think it was the upgrade to Word Press 3.5 since everything continued to work fine for a couple of weeks after. I am trying to get this figured out asap since this is the website for my company and is used and referenced daily in our business.

Thanks in advance for any help!

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

Thank you for all of your help, it ended up being a server upgrade done by our hosting company. I didn’t realize it could cause those kinds of problems.

    Thank you again!
