Does V4.1 need to be updated on every subsite?

    After updating to Ad Rotate 4.1 on multisite, we are seeing the following message on the dashboard of every subsite:


    You have almost completed updating AdRotate to version 4.1!
    To complete the update click the button on the left. This may take a few seconds to complete!

    Is this normal or misbehaving?
