    I am a bit concerned about how the data is kept up to date…

    We have WooCommerce and users create an account when registering, as our system provides other services like online courses and offline course booking. When someone registers the account is created, and user added to FluentCRM.

    When a user or admin changes the customers data in WordPress, I notice its not changed in FluentCRM.

    So please can someone explain how we can sync this data? We dont want two different databases that slowly move out of sync as users change their details over the years. I can see a contact update form for Fluent, but if someone uses that will it then update WordPress data?

    Its extremely important data in the CRM and WordPress is the correct data.

  • Same concern on my side, finding a reliable synced solution is not that easy and I thought that this was the case here.

    Currently, You can enable auto CRM contact creation on user registration from settings -> general settings so whenever someone signup to your site they will be automatically imported in FluentCRM.

    Currently, We don’t have 2-way sync but I am keeping it as a feature request

    Wow…this is deal-breaker for me. I dodged a bit of a bullet there…I was just about to buy!

    This is slowly causing us pain because users are updating their own data or we are updating it too.

    The list is called “dynamic” but really, it’s not.

    @techjewel I would move this closer to the top of your list because managing two databases is out of the question for us. Our hack is to export our users, then reimport and update… but that’s a hack for now.

    FluentCRM is powerful but this aspect is a major dealbreaker for us as a long term solution.
