Does Tracking Options: Disabled mean the plugin wont insert tracking code ?

Is it possible to run the plugin with Tracking Options set to disabled, in order for another (manual) tracking code insertion. But still allow for this plugin to connect to a Google Analytics account to show the Analytic reports ?
