@miled, a friendly inquiry since the last one three months ago ?? Maybe it’s a lot more difficult than expected?

We’ve decided to compromise and look for one that’s Facebook only, as long as it allows additional required profile fields at registration.

    +1 BP
as far as I can see should work partially on BP considering signup/registration is managed by WP – probably won’t map data with xprofile fields, too bad; I’m trying to figure out how to print out a WSL form on Buddypress profile pages to let users connect their social account to an existing account; and to print the same form a WooCommerce cart/checkout page to let users registering during checkout

@tux Kapono, which plugin you ended up using?

I’m starting to get the sense that nothing exists for what we want to do: Facebook login to go along with having additional required fields (e.g. you must be a resident/student, etc) that are not in Facebook’s profile. The only place I’ve seen it implemented is on Ning’s social networking system – they ask you to provide login info (your own or Facebook), THEN send you to the required profile fields page. Here’s the first example I found on Ning’s page where you can see how this works: https://sarabareillescommunity.com.

I know @miled has said this plugin is a very part time project so I was wondering whether other member of the WP community can or have offered to co-maintain this plugin such as @makbeta and others who have already contributed code snippets and patches?
That might speed and enhance this plugin a bit more.
    Just a thought.

Would be great to see some BuddyPress compatibility. Seems to work out of the box well enough — I only have a problem with social media avatars overriding the BuddyPress/bbPress avatars in certain sections of the site

Love to see a WHMCS integration
