Does this work with custom fields and woocommerce

I have a WordPress woocommerce website that uses custom fields. I would like to add this pagination to the product index page. I have it showing but it doesn’t find any products. Does this work with woocommerce and custom fields for the free version? Maybe I just have some settings wrong.
