Hi there. I have the most current version. I noticed that the image on the bottom of the screen wasn’t changing from png to webp in Firefox but it was changing to webp in Chrome. I looked it up and I see that Firefox doesn’t fully support webp. So my question is, if I convert all of my images to webp with your plugin, will my images still be able to be seen in non-supported browsers, such as Firefox. Thank you in advance for your help. Your plugin is amazing.

    Thanks, Rachel

As you discovered, Firefox does not support WebP, so the rewrite rules are designed to only serve a WebP file to Chrome and other supported browsers. Firefox and IE will still get the original image (but still fully optimized).
