Does this work in galleries and images in sidebar

  • I’m using this plugin to change all image paths from /year/month/ to /images/

    It does this fine for single images inserted into a page, but it doesn’t do anything to image galleries in the body of a page, nor does it do anything to images in the sidebar.

    After running a search, it says:

    38 tables were searched, 0 cells were found that need to be updated, and 0 changes were made.

    However every page on the site still has numerous images with /year/month/ in the url. So the plugin is clearly not changing them.

    Is that a limitation of this plugin, or am I doing something wrong?

    Hi,

    Where are the images being stored in the sidebar? In a widget? Is it possible they were stored in a theme file by any chance?

    I can’t think of a reason why it would update fine in the body of a page but not in the sidebar- the plugin should replace everything in the DB.
