Does this support “customize”?

    WordPress does not create ‘customize’ capability. WordPress maps it to the user capability ‘edit_theme_options’ by default. Grant it to a user to provide him access to a ‘Customizer’. He will get access to ‘Menus’ and ‘Widgets’ menu items of “Appearance” menu also.
