Does this require WooCommerce?

    I’m interested in testing this, and I see it obviously uses WooCommerce. But I don’t want (or need) to use WooCommerce, I need it to filter a repository of academic papers (not selling).

    So my question is: do I need WooCommerce, or can I use it just with regular standalone WordPress (I also use ACF)?

    Thank you for your interest in Filter Everything plugin.

    Yes, sure. You can filter any post types, not only WooCommerce products. So my answer is – you are not obliged to use WooCommerce to filter your academic papers. You can filter them with Filter Everything only on their native archive pages if you use Free version.
