Sorry for the confusion but your PageBuilder is covered on Kadence (tutorial) but when I install and enable it the Kadence blocks etc no longer work or display – confused. Is this a replacement?

    Hi Andy

    Thanks for reaching out.

The Kadence Tutorial might shown Page Builder in the Classic Editor. Page Builder by SiteOrigin is available in its classic form in the Classic Editor, alternatively, if you’re using the Block Editor, you can insert a SiteOrigin Layout Block or a SiteOrigin Widget Block. If you’d like to prevent new pages defaulting to the Classic Editor, head over to Settings > Page Builder to deactivate the “Use Classic Editor for new posts” setting.

    Hi Andy

Thanks for your support. Still slightly confused. ??

I’m using Kadence/Gutenberg but I can’t find the option to insert SiteOrigin

The reason I’m asking is I would like to insert a SiteOrigin block and then add all the Kadence/Gutenberg blocks inside it.

Whenever I add a Kadence/Gutenberg block each has a different width and adjusting padding/margins don’t bring them all in line. It looks messy. Some blocks are full width while others I went the same width.

My sincere apologies if I don’t make sense ??

I thought I could insert a SiteOrigin block then drop the them inside but if I have Kadence enabled I don’t see SiteOrigin

    Thanks again

    Andy

    Hi Andy

    Sure, no problem.

If you have Page Builder by SiteOrigin activated, edit a page built in the Block Editor, click the plus icon to insert a block and search for SiteOrigin.

A SiteOrigin Layout Block is an instance of Page Builder, Page Builder supports widgets. It isn’t possible to insert blocks into a SiteOrigin Layout Block, only widgets.

Adjusting widths or padding with Kadence blocks is something Kadence could perhaps lend a hand with.
